I shopped around for a laptop several weeks and was deciding between the 9370, Yoga 920, Thinkpad X1, or HP Spectre. I decided to pull the trigger on the XPS after finding this deal with the upgraded SSD and RAM, with the 8th gen intel chip. Overall I am glad I chose the 9370 - it is very thin and pretty light, and the screen quality is amazing. PROS: - Size & weight - Screen quality (some might say this is a con - 4K at 100% on 13" is so tiny and almost impossible to read) - Keyboard (good response, solid keys coming from new MBP with flat keys) and keyboard backlight - This particular model has the higher RAM, SSD, and Screen quality for a lower price - Dell certified refurbished (like new) CONS: - Battery life (I have it plugged into a 4K monitor and drains quickly) - only USB-C ports, forced to use a dongle for USB/HDMI plug ins - Trackpad is just OK compared to MBP - Listed as including Windows Home but comes with invalid Windows Pro - need to call Microsoft to fix Overall this is the best laptop you can get for this price in my opinion. Mine was DOA. The ethernet and sound did not work. Do more research and you will find a new XPS 13 for the same price. I found mine at Microsoft.

BEWARE. I very seldom write reviews however I have here because the item is high in price. Firstly, I ordered a silver and was sent the gold-ish looking model. I noticed a line down the screen during start up, it went away after the home screen. The start up also seemed slow for a newer model cpu. After the start up it did not even last 3 web browsing clicks before it locked and said error, following the error message it started to beep loudly with the message you see in my pictures. Is it possible they dont inspect them Or even turn them on?! Furthermore, I planned on going out of town and was relying on a pc to travel. All in all I understand stuff happens but what a terrible experience. We shall see how the company chooses to make it right. I dont see them making it very far here on amazon if this is their standard protocol. ... show more

The product was delayed for about 3 days and came in undamaged. When you go to the control panel you realize that it is only 1.80 GHz and TURBOS to 4. this is a little misleading. all in all everything seems fine. This laptop is a DEAL, it has very good specs, it’s compatible with eGPUs and other thumderbolt 3 accesories which makes it super versatile. It is incredibly small so it’s great for traveling.
