This chair has a lot more adjustability than your typical Staples office chair, you can move the arms in most directions, the lumbar support, the head rest, etc. Plus the lumbar support is actually much more comfortable than it appears on photos. It’s easy to assemble, no need for any tools other than the provided wrench. Keep in mind this chair cushion is very large (feels like a car seat) might not be suitable if you are under 5’ 9” and lightweight.

I got this chair for my wife. She works from home, and is having back pain issues. Upon reading the details, I thought it was worth a try. AMAZING CHAIR! 1) assembly- you don’t even need to read the instructions. Super easy. Less than 15 min. 2) I gave her the chair, and she said it helped a ton. Especially the lumbar support. 3) I tried it out. I will have to get one for myself! Super comfortable! Well worth the price!

At this price, it’s hard to find another chair that will have this many features and have a support team willing to reach out and help you with any problems you have with the chair. Just about everything is customizable and adjustable. With the back support and neck support giving you a long lasting comfortable experience for multiple your sessions. My only complaint is lack of cushion on the arm rests but if that’s what you want I recommend spending $20 to just buy the next model up from them. Overall, I would recommend this chair especially on sale.

The parts of the back of this chair do not line up correctly on one side. I put it on exactly as instructions say and one side screws in all the way and the other side sticks out from the back. I won't use it this way.

This is my third office chair I’ve gone through in 7 months and this one is by far the best!! Super comfortable and very sturdy. The others I had felt like they would break (one did). This one is the best for the money. The assembly was a bit more complicated than the others but still easy.
