Very easy set-up and came with all the software as described. Highly recommend this PC-AIO unit. The audio is good and the Camera awesome. I have to say this is the best computer I have ever owned, and have been using all variations of PC's and this is like the Cadillac of them all. Love it.

So far I am very happy with the Dell Inspiron All-in-One computer. My problems have all been the part of the order that was supposed to be "Lifetime Office" which is part of the reason I bought this particular computer because I do not like or need Office 365. I contacted Dell several times about this issue and did not get a satisfactory reply. Initially they sent me "a gift" (even though it was part of the order) that was an "Office 2024 Pro Lifetime Key". However, when I tried to activate this I was told it was a key for an extra 2 months of Office 365 free as long as I supplied a credit card to be billed for the ongoing subscription after the 2 months. I contacted them again and their reply was this: "Due to a miscommunication from our customer service team, we apologize for any misunderstanding. The 'Microsoft Office' we provide refers to 'Office 365' and does not include 'Office 2024 Pro.' They again sent me the exact same activation key for 365. My only recourse for this was to box up and return the entire computer to them. I have used Dell computers for many, many years, and this is the first time I have found Dell to be dishonest, at least in advertising and marketing. Shame on them. I also did not receive an extra accessory package that was said to come with the computer, but Dell did give me a refund for that. My main comment: buyer beware. ... show more

I am overall pleased with my new Dell, performs nicely with Windows 11. Lots of disk space, plenty of RAM. What I dislike the most is the screen resolution. After I had become accustomed to 3840 x 2160 on my prior rig, this Dell is only half that.
