The battery life lasts half as long as it says and that is a very important feature for me. I like to sit on the couch or sit in bed and be able to use a laptop but the mouse pad is complete crap unless the laptop is sitting on a flat surface. When I use a standard, but high quality docking station the laptop performance drops a lot. Overall extremely dissappointed in this machine and would not recommend it. ... show more

    • BSOD after 10 months
BSOD after 10 months. I contacted Dell tech support, they ran tests, and told me a third party installed a different storage than from factory. They would not honor warranty. This is supposed to be a new laptop. Do not buy from this supplier.
