We bought this for our daughter. She loves Chromebooks because of her experience with them at school, so she requested a Chromebook for Christmas instead of a PC. I wasn't expecting much of anything out of this thing because I knew the price that I paid. I was sooooo wrong. I purchased it in "Excellent Condition" and it lives up to that. It looks brand new in every way. It also came significantly earlier than expected. I would recommend the seller any day. In terms of performance, I've tested out some of her favorite apps. It's more than capable of any streaming service, and it was able to run some of the most difficult Roblox games without issue. It does take a little longer to load some things, but that was expected. The touchscreen is very accurate and responsive. The screen also folds back completely, giving a tablet option (if you're looking for that). Honestly, I'm so excited to give this to her. Now that I know it's not a "well this is the best we could do" kind of thing, I'm confident that she'll be in love with it. If you're on the market for a budget Chromebook with good performance, just trust that this has all of the things you'll need. This is great and durable too. My kids first computer and the fact it turns into a tablet is amazing. Brand new. No denys scratches nothing wrong with it. Sent with instructions and wrapped like new. Love it!

I waited for a couple of weeks before writing a review, to see if everything works on my recent purchase. I can tell that I got a good laptop for the price I paid. This is an excellent product if you need a spare laptop for home.

    • VERY DISAPPOINTED. Not as advertised!
This unit was dead on arrival, and would not charge, even trying both USB C charge ports. In addition, it was not a 2 in 1 as advertised. I don't know if it had a touchscreen, as it never turned on. A waste of time to wait for it and have to return it. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

    • Disappointed not a touch screen.
The overall appearance of CPU is great. No visible damage to unit . Just disappointed that I didn't get touch screen as listed. I bought this unit for my senior Aunt. I'm going to keep this unit for her. I just wanted her have a laptop since she doesn't have cpu for paying her bills. The vendor need to change touch screen in listing.
