Excellent for the price!!! Arrived as described, very like new condition, new charger cord included. It was SO clean I couldnt tell it was a refurb. Perfect as a Storm chase backup! Video quality is good and battery life is amazing. Standard audio sound/ loudness is a bit low for me on the internal speakers, but I usually Bluetooth the audio anyway so definitely NOT a deal breaker. I am not pleased with this purchase. When I looked into buying this Chromebook, I knew it would be refurbished. However, the only thing Amazon doesn't tell you is that it is not updated to the latest version of ChromeOS. And also, what they also forgot to mention is the Chromebooks EOLD(End of Life Date), meaning that no matter what, you will have to buy a newer version of Chromebook. I'm currently taking college courses online. And need the newer version of Chrome, because none of the information on my school's website doesn't works with this older chrome. ... show more
