Edit: 3 months. The only reason it's not one star is that I can still use it for simple, basic projects. The SDXC reader crashes the computer! I'm talking BLACKSCREEN, nothing works for minutes... then Windows rebuilds. I'm still worried about when the final Blackscreen will hit. Two Windows updates have crashed it. This would be a total fail as an office, school, any games, artist... computer. I mean, it's been 3 months! It's acting like my old 2009 Windows 7 laptop; I keep playing the old computer games on it. Below is the original 3-star feedback. 1: I thought I was buying Amazon Prime (with 30-day returns). I lost track of which laptop I was looking at. 2: Click the link HolidayShopping(SN recorded). Yes, below the name, it states 30-day return. But the PAGE says 14.... 3: Yes.... it is Win 11 Pro BUT >> 21H2 (as in 2021) << NOT 24H2. Which means you will need to update to 24H2 manually. 4: "Available M2 Slot Count 1" is just WRONG. The card slot is (through researching and finally locating this on the Dell manual website) The computer supports the following card types: Secure Digital (SD) Secure Digital High Capacity (SDHC) Secure Digital Extended Capacity (SDXC) *My 1T SD card sticks out half an inch. I measured it. I was not planning on traveling with this. I would NOT buy it for business, kids, games, or travel. For Media, eBooks, and other LIGHT uses, this fits. This is precisely what I was looking for. When I went to Dell, they said there was no Dell warranty. Like I said. My fault for not being aware of my location and not researching all the information before the purchase. However, with a fair amount of technical knowledge, this is working for me (so three stars). And this is not my 'working' device. Go slow. Know what you need. And even with that, buy 'here then gone' businesses are a gamble. There is NO way to tell that Windows 11 is from 2021. ... show more

Do not buy laptop from amazon of you ate going to use it in other countries. I bought this laptop and it has no warranty from the philippines. The mousw pointer is shaking and not moving. Also the arrowkeys in applications are cauaing unintended jumps.
