The media could not be loaded. Major upgrade over our old 150watt hand/stand mixer, but at a remarkably reasonably similar price point! I mix most things by hand but needed a machine that did two things well enough to pass my OCD checklist, without breaking hubby's wallet: meringue and dough; This little firecracker does both without complaining or hesitating. I will help the bowl along on particularly dry recipes, but that's just to reduce long term wear and tear on the motor. We made a wonderful sandwich bread last night, went so smoothly, the bread was perfect on the first try. Love that it's lightweight enough for my 5 year old to use with help, BUT it has suction cups on the bottom to prevent it from walking away across the countertop! Legitimately a decent stand mixer for those of us who do not need a commercial setup! Seriously though, look how cute it is!! ... show more

Considering what I paid for this product, I'm giving this a high 4 rating. I have a Kitchenaid stand mixer, and this does not compare. I actually bought this for my nieces for Christmas. They helped us bake desserts for Thanksgiving, enjoyed cooking, & since then have continued to bake :) So to encourage them, I bought this mixer so they could have a bit more fun in the kitchen. I did take the time to show the kids how to use it & be very careful not to force any of the buttons or switches, because it is not the most durable. Its light weight, grounded by suction cups. The bowl spins when mixing, so you'll need to hold it to get a good mix or hold a rubber spatula against the inside wall of the bowl like I did to ensure a good mix; otherwise, you'll have lumps. For a beginner cook, this is a good start; I wouldn't buy this for someone who bakes a lot. ... show more

This product is amazing for first time users like me that don’t want to buy a big one since it’s so expensive. This is amazing you can do so many things in such a tiny little thing you’re not gonna even be imagining it. I love the color very beautiful easy to store.     • Would be a nice machine if it actually mixed something
Although the reviews of this mini stand mixer are generally positive, it seems that the only thing one can mix with it is something entirely liquid, such as whipping cream. I have tried twice to make cookie dough--a soft flexible cookie dough--and it is useless. The beaters do not get to the bottom or the sides of the bowl. They whirr uselessly even when you manually get the bowl to rotate in its stand. My old Cuisinart hand mixer does a far better job; I was just hoping for something that could be used the way I used my ancient and too big and heavy Kitchen Aid Pro. Don't waste your money on this: buy a hand mixer and just deal with it. ... show more

I had been searching for a standmixer for quite a while now. I stumbled upon this gem and was not disappointed. Customer service was diligent and very helpful with questions about the product.
