If you have any issues with this device at all it is absolutely impossible to get in touch with the manufacturer. Ours stopped working right outside the Amazon return window. I reached out to Amazon multiple times asking for help with the product. They only offered that they weren’t allowed to help me outside of the return window. I also asked for their help in contacting the manufacturer and I was given a phone number that did not work. We looked everywhere online and the only thing we were able to find was a potential mailing address if you wanted to attempt to contact them that way. Our thoughts were if they didn’t have a phone number they weren’t going to respond to a letter in the mail either. It worked in the beginning with no problems and then just quit. I would not purchase anything from Nine Sky again! I wish there was a negative star option 😂🤷🏻♀️

This is my 5th dehumidifier I have bought. I purchased one last year and it stopped working in a month, I heard something like a bullet being fired and I checked the reviews and someone else had the same thing happen? Then I applied that credit towards another brand with the same size water tank, and it started rattling when I put it on low 2 months after I bought it so Amazon took it back. I applied it to 2 more dehumidifiers of another brand and same tank size, and they are still working great after 6 months so far. I felt like I needed to put one more in my living room so I bought this one with a larger water tank, and it collects water really great out of the air. I placed this closer to the floor, about 2 feet, and my only issue is that the power button never goes out, after you shut it down. It flashes all night, so I just unplug it because it is such a GREAT PRODUCT! Living in Florida was costing me a fortune buying dampness crystals and now I am saving a lot of $$$$ since the price of that product has gone up so much. I give this TEN STARS out of the dehumidifiers I have purchased over the past 14 months.

This product works really well. Was able to pull lots of water throughout the day. Easy to use/clean and the noise isnt bad. I've purchased a second one and they both still work after a year which makes it durable.

I'm using this item in a storage room that's attached to my house. It tends to get very humid in there, depending on the time of the year, because it's not connected to my home HVAC system. I had a smaller dehumidifier in that space (about 7ft x 20ft) and I'm not sure it helped very much ... although it pulled plenty of water out of the air. This product seems to be better ... with a bigger reservoir before needing to be changed. This unit is also attractive and feel like a solid product. Not loud at all when running either. If it was inside, I'm sure it wouldn't bother me at all. I wish that it automatically turned back on when I emptied the water, but that's a small gripe to have to turn it back on after dumping the water tank.

Lasted only about 9 months till motor started going out. Tried contacting customer support on there website seems you can only mail them. So only giving 1 star due to they can’t resolve my problem
