Such device is good for basement but as it is large and heavy, its portability is limited. Was looking for a small portable device and found Colaze H10 dehumidifier. Will come handy when summer humid weather arrives. Can be taken on Travel, camping trips, etc. Portable, sleek and light weight, low humming dehumidifier motor noise. 85 0z or 2.5-liter water tank, when full tank weighs about 5.5 pounds. Can be easily lifted for emptying See video of changing light 7 colors for nice soothing effect. Night mode button turns off changing light feature to allow no distraction if preferred while resting/sleeping. Smaller tank means on humid summer days daily or every other day it can be emptied out. Allows no stale water to remain so no mildew formation can take place. The dehumidifier is small and can be carried from room to room or area by teenager, seniors easily. Tested in foyer, as in Northeast we have winter snowy weather and moisture/humidity comes from snow on jacket, shoes, gloves, hats etc. Will monitor the performance in summer humid days. For now, I am satisfied with its performance.

It absorbs the moisture effectively & reduces the humidity quickly. The auto shut off feature is great. It also gives us an indication when to empty the tank. Lights are great and mild and we can choose different colors too. My kids keep one color a day while they sleep 😊 This product silently does the job well.. I have added a picture to show you how compact it is and it won’t occupy more space in bedroom/night stand. Overall it’s effective & user friendly. It does the job well & I recommend it. Thank you. Super cute and fancy look. I let mine on for around 3days for hours and the tank was about 3/4 full. There is also some different size hoses in case you don't want to be dumping the water every other day. I will definitely recommend it 👌

Ran this overnight in my living room, it was nice & quiet. After 12 hours, 22 grams water removed (house was around 51% humidity). Would probably be better for a smaller space with high humidity like a bathroom.

The Colaze Home Dehumidifier is perfectly sized so it can be placed anywhere without being in the way. I have it pictured next to my standing laundry basket for reference (it’s about a quarter of the size). I placed it in my laundry room because it’s where I have the most issues with moisture and it has made a big difference. It is quiet enough (only a slight airy hum that blends in as calming white noise when in regular mode, but gets much quieter in Night Mode), has cute colored LED lights (mine is set to blue), and is super easy to setup and run. It’s even easier to take the small back tank out and empty. In my photos, you can see the dark water line for how much was collected within a week’s time with one full day dedicated to doing laundry. These dehumidifiers remove excessive moisture in the air effectively and can be beneficial for your health by reducing mold and mildew. My laundry just smell like fresh laundry now, and not that nasty mildew/old water smell. I highly recommend this dehumidifier for any room you’re seeing/smelling moisture issues with. **Please note, my photos show my dehumidifier against my wall/frame, but this was only for photographic purposes. Keep your dehumidifier in an open enough space for the vents to do their job.
