    • Highly Defective, likely a fire hazard.
Looks visually Ok box is structurally bad but arrived. The unit did not remove any water well over an hour all it did was get hotter every minute making burning plastic smells which are an obvious extreme fire hazard indicator, Fan appears to not work at all or turns on at random times when unobserved, this has two tiny heatsinks that super heat the ambient air but this is a very flawed design as it is more of a heater lacking critical part for a dehumidifier. The hygrometer is also very wrong I thought it was actually upside down as I had a lab grade hygrometer next to it. Additionally it has a very heavy loose part floating around somwhere inside no idea what it is its somwhere deep inside with no viweable area. This I suspect will burn my apartment down so I must return it. ... show more

Didn't pull very much water, and after a week or so it started making a loud, high pitched mechanical whine. Something was clearly wrong with the fan. Made it absolutely unusable. I was too busy moving to return it right away and so missed the return window. To the dumpster it goes. Trash.

I live in a 650 square foot, 1 bedder apt and this thing could not keep up with the humidity. I'm in MN and we just had a brief heatwave. This works fine in a bathroom or bedroom with the door closed but it barely made a dent in my overall apartment. My air conditioner lowers the humidity levels faster than this. Pro. It looks nice. Set up is easy. It's quiet. Con's. The control buttons are way too loud and there is no way to adjust the volume. The pretty multicolor led is pretty but why is it even needed? There is no way to adjust the fan speed or the humidity level. If I want my levels at 40 I should be able to set it to 40 but you can't. Works ok but not for larger spaces. You need a big floor model for that. No way would this work in a basement. Recommended for your bathroom or a small bedroom. ... show more

I bought this compact dehumidifier for my bathroom because I felt that the exhaust fan was not doing good enough of a job. This is working great; it keeps the bathroom air fresh and dry! I notice how the humidity is gone, and so is the musty smell that concerned me so much. The unit itself is quiet, and very easy to use. I usually set it to turn off automatically after 4 hours. The tank is almost half full after one week. I have used this for two weeks now, and I would recommend it for any room in the home! ... show more

I’m astonished this has any reviews above a one. It legitimately doesn’t work. I’m getting a few drops of water pulled from the air after an entire night of this thing running.

    • Bad - Boooo!!
The other reviews are right. I'm bummed to have gotten scammed out of money for this bad product. It's very loud. The buttons are sensitive and get pressed easily, the button noise is ridiculously loud too. It does sorta dehumidify, just not that much. The power it uses for the small amount of water it actually takes out of the air is crazy. My electricity bill has gone up about 140.00 a month for minimal results. It seems kind of big for the amount of water it retains. So a bit of wasted space on the bathroom counter too. Pretty annoyed and wish I could get my money back. I love being sold horrible products with the little money I have. I hope the sellers have 7 years bad luck for each person they scam out of their money. Boooo ... show more
