While there seemed to be some slight issues with the power pad to begin with when the product first arrived, it would eventually turn on and, frankly, worked like "a boss" for a good two weeks. However, every single time I had to empty the tank and place it back inside the machine, the power pad was having difficulty getting out of the start mode. The two pictures attached show what it is supposed to look like when the machine is working and what it looks like when it gets stuck in start mode. I attempted to contact their support network, but have yet to receive a response from them. I thought at first that it was a sensor problem or something was stuck in the filter system, but I carefully examined every aspect of the machine, and my attempted problem solving kept coming back to the power pad itself, which seems to be shorting out. This is frustrating. I spent 70 plus dollars on this unit and now I have alerted Amazon that it will be coming back. I can understand that sometimes things don't work for various reasons, but their own support network not contacting me, especially when I provided them numerous pictures and detailed descriptions, as being inexcusable. I see the unit is now on sale, but I would avoid this product, at all costs, unless the company makes good on what appears to be a serious operational issue here.

I recently purchased this dehumidifier for my bedroom, and it’s been a game-changer for keeping the air dry and comfortable. The unit is compact and stylish, fitting easily into any corner without being an eyesore. The 88 oz water tank is a good size, meaning I don’t have to empty it too frequently, and the auto shut-off feature ensures it won’t overflow. One of the standout features for me is how quiet it operates. I barely notice it’s on, even during the night, which is perfect for light sleepers. The 7-color LED lights add a nice touch, especially for use in a child’s room or as a night light. However, it would have been even better if it came with a built-in pump, as draining the water manually can be a bit of a hassle, especially if you plan to use it continuously. Mississippi Summers are no joke, and this little machine does great work pulling the humidity out of the air. Plus, as an extra added benefit it pulls enough water out of the air that we have a full tank to water the indoor plants after about 3-4 days of effort. Would definitely purchase again…works fantastic and just what we needed!

The media could not be loaded. I do not like the fact that it’s too bright and has a high pitch noise when touched which makes it annoying when turning it ON or OFF during the night. The touch needs a little convincing to cooperate too. I wish light could turn completely off when in night mode AND an option to mute. I did a DIY for the light issue. Other than that, its portable, easy to operate/clean, quiet and works great for our needs.

We use this in our camp in a different state than our main home. Needed something to help in cabin since it's closed up a lot. Very hard to get turned on. Sometimes immediately turns back off. Everytime we use this humidifier and manage to get it to turn on and stay - we return to find it off. It will look like it's on and working when we leave but not working/on when we return. This past weekend it would not even turn on when we left. Useless machine and a HUGE WASTE OF $$. D O N O T B U Y!!!
