I bought this after a water heater failure in our apartment led to all 40 gallons of water soaking into the carpet, but I didn’t have the money to spend on a huge dehumidifier to only use it once. It’s compact, quiet, and efficient! After only having it and a few fans on for about two hours, it collected a solid amount of water from the air. The color changing light is a nice touch that makes it feel premium as well. Incredibly easy to use (it only has three buttons for operation) and has worked wonders in my small apartment. about 15 days using this and it did fine. then it just quit working for no apparent reason. about a week later I plugged in the machine again just before throwing it in the trash (after lightly shaking it which may or may not have helped), and to my surprise it began working. this was a few days ago and it has worked normally ever since. I wanted to update this mainly due to the consistent efforts that the seller has made to rectify this problem.
