With teenagers, camping, sports, and working outside, we can really stink it up and this gets rid of the smell. I suggest including the powder in your pre-soak function.

OMG, like, you guys, I can't even with this Defunkify Powder Laundry Detergent!!! π± Like, seriously, what were they thinking? It's supposed to be a "Great Holiday, Christmas Gift," but it's more like a holiday prank gone wrong! So, first of all, the packaging is, like, a relic from the '90s. It's like they time-traveled from the past and brought this ugly box with them. I mean, who wants to give or receive a gift that looks like it's been sitting in your grandma's basement for decades? π And let's talk about the "Free & Clear" claim. Yeah, right! I used this stuff on my favorite white blouse, and it came out looking like it had been in a barroom brawl with spaghetti sauce and red wine! Not cool, Defunkify, not cool! Now, about the "Odor Crushing & Stain Removing Power." More like "Odor Enhancing & Stain Permanently Setting Power"! I thought I was doing my laundry a favor, but my clothes came out smelling like a mix of wet dog and gym socks! I didn't know whether to cry or laugh. But wait, there's more! The powder is so clumpy that it's like trying to pour a cement mix into my washing machine. I had to use a chisel to break it apart! Who needs a workout when you've got to battle your laundry detergent every wash day, am I right? πͺ And the best part? It's supposed to have "92 Loads (55 oz)," but I barely got through 25 loads before I ran out! Seriously, it's like they're playing a joke on us. Maybe it's a secret challenge to see who can do the most laundry with the least detergent? So there you have it, folks. This stuff is great--for washing, stripping laundry, stain and odor removal. I live in an area where we have the hardest water in the nation, so I add borax to the load when using it, and it really boosts its effectiveness. Love it, and I'll continue to buy it as long as they make it. I really appreciate it coming in an unscented version, too. Re: value--I last bought it in November, and I'm getting to the bottom of the bag now. I don't use it for every load, but I use it often, so I feel it's a great value.
