Using it with small engine repair - it's been very useful. I took a star away because it's not the best on the market, but for a low price, it does very well. Picture is pretty good, 4 out of 5 stars. Battery has seemed to hold up well, so no complaints there. Fit well & worked great down 2 different chainsaw exhaust ports - it let me see what I needed to see. The media could not be loaded. I have a leak that originates somewhere inside my bathroom walls. This tool has worked just fine at helping me pinpoint where the leak originated, so that I can begin planning repairs. The tool provides a decently long camera shaft, with a light at the end you can adjust brightness on. If you look at the pictures I posted, and the video, you can see how that works. I also posted a picture of my cat sitting on a chair to give you an idea of ideal picture taking quality - it's not bad. You could easily use this to look inside a cylinder or something if you were working on a car as well. It's easy to use, cheap, and works - what more could you want! ... show more

I love this endoscope. I've already used it a bunch and the battery lasts forever. I used it to clean out my chimney and I used it to work on my car and it works great. The screen is pretty low resolution and it's kind of hard to see at first until you get used to using it then it's actually pretty good. The thing is with the super tiny camera is you have to have a really close to stuff together very good clear Focus on what you're looking at. I can see far away good also but it's kind of hard to make things out sometimes. Also the direction that you're holding your camera because it's a circle on a stick is kind of weird getting used to it first but when I first use it every single time I will hold it and keep turning it until I get it straight up and down and then I will insert it to where I need to look that way I'm getting a good picture and I don't get confused on the screen and then everything works out good this thing pops down in your spark plug holes to see the tops of your Pistons, fits right up my chimney to make sure that I can still see sky, also great for doing some tight work down in the side of the engine. It definitely doesn't feel super premium in the hand and does feel a little bit kind of cheap plastic e but the usefulness of this tool outweighs the cheaper materials used to produce the tool. Overall this thing has paid for itself 10 times with just in the first few days of me using it. It also comes with a couple hanger things that you can hang stuff on and grab stuff with down and cracks and holes and also comes with the SD card to record footage to play back on a higher resolution screen which I haven't done yet but I'm assuming that it would be way better quality once recorded. 100% recommend and every person that likes to work on stuff should have one of these in their toolbox ... show more
