This toilet is the best! I live this design, it is high quality, the finish is superb. It came with EVERYTHING needed. The install was a breeze. The unexpected plus to this toilet is the flush! It has power when needed, but the best part is......it is whisper quite! Who knew that would be a game changer? The bathroom this is in its really small, and it fits just fine. Yes I'd recommend this to you. Fact is, the next toilet to be replaced in this house will be another one just like it. Value for the money? I do love our new toilet. It is higher than most toilets; making it easier to get on and off the toilet when you get a little older. We did have issues with the first toilet that was shipped. The company honored it's warranty and shipped us a new toilet. It is easy to install and easy to clean. I would buy this toilet again. I recommend this product. ... show more

Great toilet. Uses less water. I would advise flushing twice for any large loads. I think the seat could be sturdier. It moves under you!

Looks nice, just plan to buy your own seat. I'm pretty sure they got a bad batch (see pic). lining up the stabilization screws isn't as easy as non-skirted toilets but aside from that, the install is otherwise traditional. Occasionally the 1/2 flush isn't enough but it empties and fills so quickly that you don't have to wait long at all to flush again if needed. ... show more

    • Definitely some logistics problems with shipping
After it finally shipped from California to NY it made it to my local UPS facility and was expecting “out for delivery” on tracking review . Next thing I know it’s in NJ on its way back to Cali?? Called UPS and they confirmed it was requested back. I called shipped and they confirmed tracking back but, deny requesting it to come back?? They did offer me a full refund or to ship another one. I asked to ship another one but, could they ship it quicker then ground( I know it’s heavy but, this is a customer first world now) They agreed and shipped it ground anyway. So 4 weeks later I finally got to install. Works well and make sure you have help. It’s a beast. ... show more
