If you crash land the propellers may disconnect from the wings. That issue is easily solvable with glue. This product will NOT operate in any notable wind! I can't say I disliked anything about the product. It is pretty easy to use. Its pretty cool. Just one thing to be mindful if is the wind. If it's windy, then the wind will take it. My bird took off to the mountain and I had to go for a hike. That was my fault because my son wanted to fly it anyways. I would definitely buy it again. The batteries work fine. The tail broke off. Bit thw kids were playing and landed on it. I krazy glued it and it works just fine. So, if you are interested in the product, go for it. It's reliable, fun and pretty easy to use. The steering is not responsive at all. It flew into the air just fine, but then no control at all. It was lost in the air within a minute and was found about 1.5 block away. Impressive that it was in air that long, but I wouldn't recommend this product at all, unless you have a huge, open space and you dont mind searching for it.
