I got this beast because i love trophy trucks and adding things on. Right now im working on making the gear box hold engine oil for great lubrication and protection foe the gears and other parts wich works great but leaks out without a custom gasket. The downside is removing the body (20 screws) but i already upgraded that. If you used this truck for bashing expect it to get damaged, its almost as heavy as my bike and in my opinion is good for light jumps and dirt racing. This big desert racing rc is a KING I bashed the heck out of this thing and only minor things bent but it was just plastic pieces and cheap parts to replace . It does tilt over easy if u turn hard on grass and cement but this is a desert racer

I have not had a chance to run this car yet. Fearing the plastic would be too brittle in the cold. I will say this thing is a true beast makes my UDR seem small. It has a lot of nice scale details, however the decals are very poorly installed. This is pretty disappointing for a car that cost a grand. Really hope this car holds up better than their Baja Rey 2.0 which is very weak structurely. These are obviously not meant for hard use, but would be nice if they could survive some small dirt crashes. ... show more
