Be cautious as the rear tire was defective and blew out the wire bead and tube after only 5 miles on the bike! When I contacted Deepower they did not respond. After a follow up email I finally heard back stating the tire issue was to be supported by Amazon. I am not impressed with their lack of Customer Support

This is a great starter bike for people that don’t have a lot of money to begin with since I purchased at a good price I have made some improvements added another battery, battery controller, rearview mirrors, rear trunk compartment, and I am planning on making more improvements as I can afford to do so so for me it was a great option to start off small and work my way up to a custom E bike built the way I wanted it.

Overall this bike has done its job, however that’s not without all sorts of problems. To start with, after having the bike for 2 weeks both of the cheap plastic pedals broke, and now having the bike for less than two months the bearings are already squeaking and need to be replaced, the gears and chain have already rusted, and the bike tops out at 20 mph instead of the stated 30mph. I have talked with support and they have said that a 150lb rider seeing a 14 mph decrease in speed is the appropriate slight decrease that should be expected. I would not recommend getting this bike.
