Great budget bike that has a rugged frame yes the components aren’t the best but can be easily upgraded to fit your needs and they are fine to start out with or for most normal use. I bought this Deepower e-bike for my son and we've been very impressed. When the bike arrived, it was missing a rubber grommet on the rear tire assembly. I contacted Deepower, sent them a few pictures of the issue, and they went above and beyond to make it right. They quickly shipped the replacement parts, refunded me $20 for the inconvenience, and even sent me a step-by-step video showing exactly how to install the part. That's the kind of customer service you don't see very often anymore. As for the bike itself, it's fantastic. It has plenty of power, reaches 30 mph with no problem, feels stable at speed, and is built much better than I expected for the price. It doesn't feel cheap or flimsy. It honestly seems like a bike that's going to last for years. Between the quality of the bike and the outstanding customer support, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Deepower again. Powerful E-bike that can absolutely get you from point A-B. The bike itself is heavy and durable meaning that it gives you a nice amount of control however at the sacrifice of agility, so don’t expect to ride this like a regular bicycle, but more like an actual moped. Speed wise, it will max out at 15MPH, however once you unplug the 2 white wires under the seat, that will remove the limiter allowing the bike reach up to 35MPH, this varies with the rider however as the MPH can drop based on your weight, I’m around 150lbs so the max speed I’ve reached was about 32MPH Assembly is easy as all you have to do is attach and install the Handle Bar, Front Tire, Front Fender, Headlight and Turn Indicators, and of course attach the battery. There’s no assembly manual but thankfully there are assembly videos. As far as battery life goes it depends on how you ride, with the rider most likely using pedal assist to maximize range, however me personally I like switching between all 3 modes but note that the higher the mode the faster your battery will drain, however the battery last a pretty long while despite me utilizing the highest speed mode. Overall I love this bike and I can’t wait to take it back on the road once I make a repair on the rear tire as it got punctured while I was out riding 😭🥀 ... show more

The instructions to assemble are basically non existent and very difficult. There's no parts list or written instructions. The video is so fast that you have to watch it repeatedly to try to figure out the steps for assembly. The turn signal is filtered through a hole and cannot be moved after. This would be fine except the left turn signal was routed backwards and I cannot fix it. Other than this, my kid seems happy with the bike. ... show more

Great bike once you change all the settings and unplug that cable under the seat it will go 32mph. Not sure how good the range is because all my commutes aren’t that far but so far I really like the bike. Only issue I have is the headlight sucks so you need to buy a different headlight and the disk for the brake is all bent up and was like that right out of the box so look out for that. Overall for the price you can’t beat what you get. Btw I got the 20amp battery and it works great for the speed and everything for all my commutes I’ve only used a quarter of the battery going about 6miles. Almost forgot. It will say mph on the screen but it’s actually in kmh and I don’t think you can change it. So the fastest I’ve gotten it is 55kmh which is about 32mph. ... show more

Battery defective won’t hold a charge. I might get 3 miles before it’s dead evening while pedaling. Contacted seller and hoping to get a new battery replacement so I can enjoy my investment. Update. Seller was prompt in issuing a new battery which solved my issue. Bike is now performing great! This bike is comfortable but does need short pedal arms which is cheap upgrade. I just brought it 2 days ago and after assembling it and riding on it to work it was worth it but their are some minor things that they should focus on as you can see the seat cover the 📌 came out on 2 rides and the seat got massed up and the second thing its battery lock 🔐 doesn't work cuz the lock hole is not same as the battery lock and there's no space or basket to take your lunch tifin box or to keep water bottles but it was worth it .
