These blinds actually seem to be really well made, out of nice material, and definitely is 100% blackout. No light gets through, and as long as you get the right size, it won't go around either. they are very easy to install, minimal tools or experience needed. Looks great, and are very easy to operate as well. Just pull down and it automatically locks when you stop, then tug it down slightly again to get it to roll back up. Classic design, modern blackout feature. Plenty of sizes available, all at a decent price. Highly recommended.

Our windows let in a fair amount of cold air. We didn't want to vacuum seal them because we do want to open them every few days. My wife wanted to retain more warmth inside so started looking for blackout curtains and came across these. She chose a size that fit over the outside of the window casing. It was easy to install and is really making a difference. We expect it to help in the summer, too, with the heat. We could have gotten a shade that's a little wider, but weren't sure of the dimensions of the roller itself, not just he shade. The entire roller is 36" wide. The shade itself is 34.75" wide. I wasn't sure these would make much of a difference, since they're just shades, but was surprised at their effectiveness. Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

These blinds worked out great!. Got these for the kitchen window in my travel trailer. The ones that come with the trailer are plastic and quickly bend and broke. We need black out blinds to to make sure no one can see in and if someone is sleeping in the kitchen area the sunlight doesn't wake them up. The instructions are straight forward and easy to install. We have a valiance that couldn't be removed and we had to install them under the valance, so it took us a little more time. They look great and I am very happy with the results.

This looks nice hung on the window. In our installation, this is placed inside the window frame and behind curtains. The adhesive seems strong and made installation a breeze. The fabric of the shade is thick and blocks light like a champ. The unit roles down and easily locks in place wherever you want it to stop. More importantly, it retracts fully and easily. Overal, I am very happy with the quality and performance.

Used these to replace regular blinds, but did not see a lot of difference. They a typical roller curtains, good for the price But nothing to write home about.

It was very easy to install the mounting clips to the top of the window and clip in the roller shade. It does block out 100% of the light with just a little bit seen on the edges. I adjusted the tension on the roller so that that shade retracts at a good speed on it's own so you don't have to hold it the whole way up. The telescoping pull rod is handy, but it is something that will either be hanging in your window or you will have to find somewhere for it to hang out when not in use. My window is tall and I can't reach it without the wand so it just rests on the window sill.
