Deco mesh is a very unique product. It is easy to use and manipulate. As a crafter, the end product is important and with deco mesh you will be very pleased. Also, there are a number of colors you can choose from and different widths as well. It may take you a little while to get use to how it works, but you will be glad to know. Just go in and check what some crafters are charging for wreaths they have made with this. You will be glad to know that now you are familiar with the same product. This is a good book for deco mesh beginners. The book shows how to make 14 wreaths, for seasons throughout the year and for different occasions. The wreaths are all based on the same technique, using a 16-in wire wreath frame, a 10-yard roll of 21-inch deco mesh, and matching chenille stems (pipe cleaners). The designs incorporate second layers, double- and single-loops, and bows. Basic instructions for all of this is given at the end of the book. It is a thin book – just 40 pages long. I’d say this is a good book to get you started making deco mesh wreaths, if you like having something concrete you can hold in your hands and look at. Beyond this, here are countless tutorials online, showing a variety of deco mesh wreath-making techniques and using narrower and less expensive deco mesh and ribbons. ... show more

Like the smaller print says, "Beginner-Friendly". I was looking for something more detailed and failed to read the smaller print. I already had found the info this book contained for free, on the internet. I do like the fact that it shows you exactly what you need to make those wreaths. I would not recommend this book to anyone else unless they did not have internet. I think some stuff was put in there to take up space, i.e. to make a longer chenille stem, just twist the ends together. And there was a picture of it too. I haven't had to use a full length chenille stem yet let along two together. I cant see too many other people having to use them either. I think more useful info could have been placed in the book instead. ... show more

Easy to read instructions and gives you the list of all of the items you would need Liked it so much shared it with a local florist. Saw wreaths similar in Michaels selling for $70 to $80.00
