This is a full kit, all parts were correct and fit my mower deck like oem. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star is the belt has a slight issue. First, it looks like a good quality belt, and the correct size, but it stays "on" even when off. Like, the tensioner for engagement is released and the belt has slack, but it still spins the blades despite the pulley brakes being applied. I believe this is due to the belt being new and more grabby, and that it'll wear off with time.
