I'm no computer expert but installation was a simple matter of removing my single card and installing two of the four supplied cards. My computer "expert" relied upon the erroneous information the Microsoft system supplied and in hindsight, we should have opened the PC to confirm there were four "banks" available. The "system" said I had four when in fact I only had two. Oh well, not likely the supplier will allow me to return the two unneeded units still sealed in their original packaging.
