I am very pleased with this purchase. While the delivery fee was hefty, it did come in two large boxes that the delivery truck needed to back into my driveway for, so it felt justified. All of the materials were packed well. The instructions were very clear for assembly. It took me longer than I originally anticipated, but was easy to understand, the holes all lined up and pieces were easy to identify. It does say to use two people for a couple of steps and with some awkwardness I was able to assemble it completely independently. Once together it is pretty sturdy. Comfort wise, it is a soft material. The seat itself is firm but not unpleasant. I have not tried the lay back feature but upright it is easy to snuggle up in. I love the side pockets for remotes or books. Similarly the storage ottoman is great for blankets and other items. The pink color was prettier than I thought it would be. It looks darker than the product photos in mine due to lighting but I would say the prod photos are pretty true. It is the perfect addition to my reading book. I can sit here and read for hours in comfort.

Elegant, big, comfortable and worth every penny! These chairs are sturdy and beautiful. So perfect in our living room. The fabric is a tight weave chenille. The seat and ottoman are tufted with expensive piping all around. Certainly big enough for two. Make sure to wait 48 hrs after assembly to use them to allow all the pillows to fully expand. The quality is impeccable. I’m so happy with these cuddly chairs!

Now that everything is assembled, I can honestly say I love this chair. When the first box arrived, I thought parts were missing. After contacting the seller, I was told the shipment actually included two boxes, but there was no indication on the packaging that another box was coming. The second box arrived two days later. Since the instructions recommend waiting 72 hours after opening the vacuum-sealed cushions, waiting for the second box delayed being able to fully assemble and enjoy the chair. It would have been very helpful if the first box had been labeled “1 of 2” so I knew another package was on the way. During assembly we also ran into a small issue where one of the panels appeared to only have screw holes on one side. My husband ended up removing a few upholstery staples and pulling back the fabric slightly to discover that the other screw holes were actually hidden underneath the upholstery. Once we uncovered them, the rest of the assembly was quick and easy. Now that it’s finished, this chair and ottoman are beautiful and very comfortable. The fabric is a soft brown chenille that looks great in my space. It’s so comfortable that my dog and I both fell asleep in it! The ottoman also has storage and can easily hold a twin sheet set, pillow, and blanket if you wanted to set it up as a bed. I haven’t tried using the chair as a sleeper, since that wasn’t my reason for purchasing it. I bought this chair for my “she sanctuary” so I could relax and unwind after work, and it’s perfect for that. Aside from the confusion about the two boxes and the hidden screw holes, this is a wonderful chair and I’m very happy with it.

I was extremely disappointed with this oversized chair and a half. The pictures make it look much bigger and higher quality than what actually arrived. The materials feel very cheap and low quality, especially for the price. The worst part was having to put the chair together myself using the tiny Allen wrench they included. It was frustrating and took way longer than it should have. What made me even more annoyed was that the stool came fully assembled in one large box and was ready to use immediately, so why couldn’t they do the same for the chair? Overall, the chair is smaller than expected, made with poor-quality materials, and a headache to assemble. Although they say it could hold 500 lbs, I don't think so, I am afraid to sit in it. Biggest letdown purchase I’ve had in a long time. I would not recommend this product.

I wouldn't recommend this chair. Now that I've finally got it built, it's just uncomfortable. The backrest is unsteady, so you can't plop down on it. When you lower the back to convert it into a daybed, it's on a slope because the backrest cushions are so thin and flat. Truly unusable in that form. My cat likes the ottoman, but that's really all it has going for it. I would not buy this again. I'm sure returning it would be a pain in the butt and that's how they make this work. The other issue is that one of the included parts, the recliner mechanism, didn't line up with the backrest. The company offered to send a replacement part which was going to take up to 17 days to get here. Didn't want to have a pile of chair parts here for that long, so I bought tools to fix it. This cost me more than the $60 refund they gave me. Overall not pleased, and confused by the positive reviews.

Color: Grey
After shopping multiple local furniture stores and seeing nothing but bland and boxy chairs I decided to try Amazon. Though I wish there were more color options, I am very pleased with this chair. I was worried about the size but it fits perfect, and the description included measurements which was very helpful. I paid half what I would have for something bland and not made any better. Grandson has already slept on it and said it was comfortable. My pug and I are really enjoying it!
