I bought the retro console for my son. He's only 5 years old, and I think the games we used to play are better than today's games for developing his coordination. While today's games encourage you to stay in the game and spend money on items, older games focus on iteratively progressing through levels. You have limited lives, and the game expects you to discover it for yourself. It teaches children that they have to iteratively improve to pass the level. As for the console, the battery life is excellent. You can easily charge it with Type-C. It has sound and vibration features. It has thousands of games inside. You can play with headphones. It is suitable for playing with a joystick or buttons. It comes with thousands of games pre-installed. The box includes additional parts such as a carrying case and a protective screen glass. There is no adapter, but there is a cable. You can charge it with any cell phone adapter.

I initially gave this item a great review because it did work for the first two weeks. However, after the second week of playing it a few times per week, it ended up getting stuck in a loop of attempting to load the game but it ended up staying on a screen that said “please wait” and not going any further. After troubleshooting with Amazon and it still not working, I requested a replacement. When the replacement arrived, I attempted to play a game, hit “start” button, nothing happened. Ended up sending both devices back and requesting a refund. Very disappointed.

Obviously these are mass produced, 3d printed etcetc. But I was pretty happy when it showed up. It works fine, but it’s not REALLY 15000 games, it’s has a lot but a majority of the are the same game just in a different language. IE any of Pokémon games. Long story short, it’s not bad and I’ve had no issues. Good buy or whatever.

There are better optins today @$30. It was fairly poor quality the speaker cover is open covered with fabric?? Has EmuElec 4.7 and 20k games 20 emulators but only really works seamlessly thru most PS 1. 4kmAh battery did provide about 5 hours of game play. 4.0 inch screen was bright. I returned it.

I brought 3 DC40V Handheld Game Console but one of them is them is not working. When you turn the game on and it starts to load it never finished loading it just keep on restarting. So I have one of the handheld game that I got for my kids not working from it arrived.
