Wife only used it once so far, but she likes it! It works well, and as expected for a small steamer. You have to get used to multiple passes next to each other, not like a big press steamer that does a whole garment at once. It will take up some space in luggage but we plan to take this while traveling to avoid dry cleaners and just remove wrinkles. Overall this works well and has everything you need except the distilled water!

I have had couple of different brands and different sizes of clothes steamers. And this one really does it job. The steam is strong and it doesn't take a lot of time to stem a pice of cloth. It also help cleaning and dusting the curtains. After plugging it heats really fast so you don't have to wait a lot to use it.
