This couch arrived in 7 boxes and it was very easy to assemble. Some of the pieces were a little hard to slide in we had to harmer them a bit but overall we love it. It's very very firm so if you prefer a soft couch this one may not be your kind. It's a beautiful couch, worth the price.

Overall we are very happy with this sofa couch! The color is very nice, it looks exactly like it does in the photo. The back cushions are very soft, I really like how they can be unzipped and the cushion can be removed for easy washing. the seat cushions cannot be removed, just spot cleaned. It is a great size, we actually ordered another seat to extend the one side so it is 3 seats x 3 seats. It fits our living room perfectly, and is exactly as described. The only complaint is the seats are not super soft or comfortable. I am hoping that after we use it a short time, it will begin to soften up. It seems to be good quality, none of the pieces arrived damaged or scratched.. everything was perfect. This couch was very easy to assemble, once I figured out the trick to the arm pieces! There are screws for the arm pieces, make sure to screw them into the arm pieces and THEN try to attach the seat. If you do it the opposite way, seat and then arm piece, it will be near impossible. The customer service was great, very responsive and very kind. I reached out because we received half of the sofa one day (marked delivered.) but we received the second half the day after. I know this is not the seller or Amazon fault, the postal service marks items delivered. But I spoke with Joey and he assured me the rest was on the way. We are overall happy with this purchase, and would recommend to anyone! Also would purchase from this seller in the future. Small dogs posted with the couch for scale…. also because they wouldn’t move out of the way for photos :) ... show more

    • So many problems....
I've bought numerous pieces of furniture off Amazon and have never been disappointed until now. We bought this couch because all the reviews were talking about how easy it was to set up and modular. We have a small living room so individual pieces sounded amazing! We had it for less than a month when the right arm of it broke... Contacted Customer service and they needed picture/ video of it which fine by me but it won't upload to Amazon and they keep sending the email as an attachment that won't open. Then one day a small tear appeared in the couch just by sitting on it. You can poke your fingernail through it because the fabric is so thin. And then this morning a zipper for the cushion broke... Now we have a useless piece of furniture that is impossible to return and we'll probably be stuck paying for it while also searching for another. ... show more

I ordered the 5 section + ottoman model, and received it 6 days ahead of schedule. I was nervous about ordering furniture online without seeing it first-hand, but I'm very happy with it. The boxes were very beat up, two of them had huge gashes deep into the corners of the box big enough to stick my fist through. One in particular looked like Fedex dragged it down the road for the last mile of delivery. I was worried about damage to the sectional given the state of the packaging, but was pleasantly surprised to find everything in perfect condition, no sign of damage at all to the actual product. On the note of the packaging I'd like to point out that each box had an extra strip of cardboard taped under the split between the two top flaps to prevent box cutters from cutting into the product as you cut open the tape. I'm cautious enough that this was unnecessary in my case, but this kind of forethought goes a long way toward making me like a company. Assembly was a breeze, everything needed was included, but having a 1/2" ratchet will save you a little frustration using the throw-away ones that come with the pieces. I had it fully assembled and put together without assistance in about 30 minutes. Quality seems very good for the price. I was very happy to see that all bolts thread into metal inserts in the wooden frame rather than into the wood itself, so the normal movement and flex of use shouldn't eventually strip the threads and leave it wobbly. It feels very sturdy. It's very comfy, the seats are a touch on the firm side, but not hard or uncomfortable and I suspect they'll soften with use. And the fabric seems strong but not scratchy, not likely to easily tear. ... show more

Overall: 4.5/5. This product came well-packaged, was easy to assemble, is convenient to rearrange, and seems to be made of reasonably durable material for what you’re paying. PACKAGING: 5/5. Boxes were durable, individual pieces were well-wrapped, and there were no visible defects. Cushions and hardware were packed inside the base/frame of each piece to save space. Each individual piece is shipped in a separate box and were light enough for my wife to bring in and move downstairs on her own. ASSEMBLY: 5/5. Easy and clear instructions. Each piece took 5-10 minutes total to unpack and assemble with two people. Entire unit was put together in ~40 minutes. MATERIAL/VALUE: 4/5. For the price, one wouldn’t expect the highest grade wood frames or the most comfortable cushion, but the materials met/slightly exceeded my expectations. The fabric seems durable and should withstand the claws of our two dogs. Cushions are currently soft and comfortable, but it’s not clear if the cushions will sag in the future. There’s a Velcro strip behind the back cushions to help them stay attached to the back of the couch, which I really like. CUSTOMER SERVICE: 5/5. The sectional arrived in two separate shipments in consecutive days. After not receiving the whole thing on the first day, I was worried that the seller forgot to ship some of the pieces. They responded quickly and addressed my concerns, and the rest of the pieces came quickly. ... show more
