Do the bulbs support connecting to Tuya or Home Assistant? No, these bulbs do not support Tuya/Home Assistant/Magic Home/Smart Life, but you can connect to Alexa or Google Assistant. Why doesn't the DAYBETTER smart light bulb support 5G Wi-Fi? Compared to 5GHz Wi-Fi, 2.4GHz Wi-Fi has the advantages of higher signal strength, better compatibility, and wider coverage, making it more suitable for smart homes. Why the bulb loses connection(offline) frequently? 1. Get device closer to router. Relocate bulb or router. Best distance is within 30ft. (2.4ghz WIFI only) 2. These smart light bulbs are so fun and easy to use! I love being able to control the brightness, colors, and settings right from my phone or with voice commands. I especially love that they connect to Alexa, so I can turn the lights on and off or adjust the settings without even getting up.     • The dumbest smart bulbs out there

What’s the point of buying smart LED bulbs if they don’t retain the settings you program them with? I wanted to program my living room lights with a soft amber light to allow relaxation instead of functional lighting. Once I program the groups (have tried with individual bulbs settings as well), I need to turn them off while not needed. If I use the “off” button in the app, it will revert to a bright (cool) white and then I need to hit “off” AGAIN to turn them off. I’ve tried saving the settings multiple ways and turning them off just messes with the programming. I then tried turning them off from the direct light source. They turn off immediately. But once I flip the switch back to “on”, they turn yellow. It’s not even a default color! So if you’re okay with either option, then go for it. But I don’t even know what setting up a schedule would be light. And just FYI, they’re about 7’ away from the Wi-Fi router and a few feet from my phone. So connectivity cannot be the issue. These will be returned. I don’t want to adjust my settings every time I use them. ... show more

The lightbulbs are fantastic and work great, however the app to control the lights has many shortcomings that needs improvement. Over all it is easy to set up very nice and no issue with controlling them when far away.

I can stay in my bed and get all the lights off in my house by just using my phone to active and deactivate them. What I like about it also it can change colors so if you want your room to have a different color other than the white easy to change once you download the app. The app is also very easy to use and set up.
