I had purchased this as a bed/daybed for a second guest room as I have 2 guests coming to stay with me at once, so I was looking for something in-expensive but will work well for the space I got. I received it on time and in very sturdy, protective packaging. As I started putting the bed together, one of the first pieces had a hole that was drilled wrong. Frustrated, I reached out to the seller requesting them to send a replacement piece quickly so that I can have a bed for my guest. In less than 5 minutes, someone responded apologizing and offering to send the replacement immediately. The customer service was top notch! I received the part well before I needed it and was able to swap it out quickly. I highly recommend doing business with this seller! The bed is OK but not something that will blow you away. Aside from that part that was drilled wrong, there was another part that broke but was still useable. The bed is built and is very sturdy. I would purchase this again.

We love this bed! It’s super cute, easy to assemble and great quality. My 12 year old daughter loves it and the bottom bed pulls out easily. The seller is extremely responsive as we lost the hardware when we moved and they graciously sent us a new pack of hardware. Great bed and great seller who stands behind their product!

I struggled with this one because I always try to give a painfully honest review. Now that the bed is (finally) assembled and looking pretty in our guest room, I am pleased. However, it was considerably more difficult for two people (one quite handy) to assemble than other reviews would have had me believe. Additionally, the bed arrived damaged (both one component was broken and a highly visible part of the frame was seriously scraped), and customer service was inconsistent. I sensed that they might have been trying to make it right, but it was tough to track them down and get a response. Ultimately, they replaced the broken part and refunded me $30, but it was not an ideal situation.

It takes a brain to put this together, I had to read the instructions which is not me so I did it and re did it lol. The instructions are there all the tools and screws are there but you have to read. Took a minute but is there very pretty, also noisy lol not gonna lie
