I really like this shoe to wear at work. It's a cute conservative style. Perfect for daring, not outrageous, style. The 3-inch heel is what I want for height but comfortable for long hours standing. It's hard to stay in a good mood when your feet hurt every day. Out of caution, I ordered a size bigger than normal. But it is so big I could comfortably wear thick sweatsocks. That's the wrong answer. The color is true to black and white. These are not patent leather shoes. It looks like they can be polished. I returned them only for a smaller size.

These shoes are adorable and the look is exactly what I want. Therefore I endure the pain while wearing them. These are not cushioned well for walking support, however the most pain comes from the sides of the foot. There is a narrowing that is strange, and exceptionally painful. I put cushions in the heel to pick up the extra spacing (little too big for me, but my size), and I could use cushions on he width part of my foot. I can not wear these long due to the hard interior squishing my foot. I have a narrow foot typically and this is weird for me to experience. The shoe is difficult to clip into, because it is a mock clip, you need to pull up on the elastic to help release the buckle clip (dancer shoes). I was a dancer so this isn't horrible for me, but I always found them challenging and these are just like that! Yes, you can adjust the strap to fit thickness of your foot. Still very adorable, but would not purchase this brand again.

These shoes are adorable, the colors matched the pictures and the height was just right. I really wanted to keep them, however, had to return them, they did not fit. I ordered a single strap size 8.5 and a double strap size 9. I wear between a 8.5-9 in heels because I have a wide foot. The 8.5 fit in length but too narrow in the width. The 9 was just too big all around.
