I love Davines, in my opinion there is no better brand of hair care products out there. The Solu Shampoo is no exception; it really helps clarify hair removing products and helping soothe a dry flaky scalp. It does not strip hair or leave it feeling dry; quite the opposite actually it helps hair feel hydrated and soft. The scent is light and pleasant and does not linger, it takes very little product to fully shampoo hair so the price point is reasonable as it will last a long time. This is hands down the best clarifying shampoo I have tried. Normally my hair gets greasy within five days, ( I have thick hair and don’t wash it a lot). This made my hair clean for like two weeks. Highly recommend!

I like the texture of this product and the lather. I suppose it works just as you would want a shampoo too, and the clarifying aspect seems just fine. The fragrance is kind of earthy, which I generally prefer, but something about it reminds me of the Gilette shaving cream my dad liked when I was a child and I found that to cover that smell required more styling product than I actually want to use. If you are sensitive to fragrance, this one is probably not for you and I think it is too expensive. ... show more
