This foundation is probably the best one on here! Super fast to put together, they did most of the work for you! It's 4 pieces that open, you bolt together and then add the slats. THAT'S IT! Very poor quality. No "springs" are on this item. Instead there are several wood like slats which rise up depending upon body movement. There is one directly under my spine, resulting in very bad backache.

Didn’t fit full size bed frame. 3/4” too wide. Had to order a new 54” bed frame. That should work. The box spring is solid and goes together fairly easy with two people.
