Upon examination, the plastic bushing for the gearing is wearing out which causes a slight wobble that makes it feel like the gearing could be tighter. This morning I was disappointed because it looked like the stainless steel was rusting. It does indeed arrive in an envelop/bag rather than a box which gave me concerns when I picked it up. It looks nice and shiny and sturdy but two of the beater arms catch on each other going around and make it hard to building a consistent movement. I am hoping this loosens up in time. I looked for a long time to try to find the rotary Butor just like my mother had, which was indestructible and all metal. This was the best I could find. Still not like moms, but does the trick
