Many mentioned it comes shrink wrapped and is wrinkled and has button imprints, however, I just put mine in the dryer for 10 minutes on high, and it came out AMAZING!! No wrinkles and PERFECT! This us a beautiful coat. It came vacuum packed causing the buttons to crease the fabric. There are no tags, but one down the side of the inseam. I don't think the circles are going to come out. It appears to be permanent damage to the fabric. I really don't think they should vacuum packed and it still comes in this large box. The coat is tapered and fit snug at the hips where it slightly plants open. I really like this coat. However, the buttons imprints appear to be permanent. There is a slight discoloration under the sleeve. I am 5 4" and weigh 205 lbs. A size 2x will probably fit my hips better if I wear closed. Open it fit fine. I will hold for a while to see if the button imprints go away. Update I ordered the 2x and it fit perfect. I love it. It came fast. Will be looking to buy other colors.

BUY this coat! Absolutely perfect for a fall wedding! Dressy and can be casual. I wore it with a long silk gown for an outdoor wedding the cream color was good, not white. Lots of compliments! Very warm and not too heavy, I always wear a medium and the shoulders fit perfect. I used a steam when I took it out of the box and all the wrinkles came out easily.

I am 5ft 4 inches tall an weigh 108 pounds, I ordered a medium and it fits great. I wanted to be able to wear a sweater underneath it and feel comfortable. The length is well noted in the picture. I am wearing it with a black dress to a wedding. It will need to be ironed due to the packaging. For the price you can not beat it. If you want an easy semi formal coat that is not super heavy, this may be for you. It will keep you warm but if you need a super warm coat you may want to buy something heavier.

Shrink wrap damaged & ruined a nice coat. The shrink causes a deep impression & discoloring from the button on the front of the coat. It looks like a stain It's heavy and the gray is exactly as shown. So if undamaged a value purchase for this price point. Another buyer showed their picture of the same kind damage. I could have sized dwn. I ordered a XXL (5'6" 170lbs) and I would not have returned but a xl would be a more flattering fit & still roomy enough for a medium bulk sweater underneath. It must not happen to every order because of the reviews. I GAMBLED & LOST. Regretfully, its going back. The return is free so no loss to me but the seller now has a damaged coat (this stain is highly visible and could not steam away - its an indentation)
