A cheaper dance pad option for younger kids ages 4-8. This one may not last long depending on usage. It was super easy to setup and use. Has volume controls which is a big plus! Comes with pre-loaded songs. Can use with Bluetooth or not. Using Bluetooth allows you to add your own songs. Because I appreciate and value honest, unbiased and insightful reviews myself, I want to provide the same in my reviews. Below is my star rating criteria. 1 STAR - Arrived damaged , broke quickly or completely unusable. Refund needed. 2 STAR - Did not meet expectations based on description details. It lights up so that is a plus for most kids, the instructions could be more clear but it isn't super difficult figure out, the kids did it by trial and error. Pros: LOVE the volume control not many toys have this now, it will keep your kids hopping and exercising, it doesn't have to have a phone's bluetooth to work (there are preselected songs or you can add them via phone). Cons: kind of not sure what to do or if you jump on the mat and let it light up or if you let it light up first. Spent 5 minutes with it and still figuring some things out but seems fun enough - not something the kids are going to fight over for hours, but still gets giggles and energy out, definitely geared towards 8 and under

The dance pad is very neat, cool idea, and easy to fold and put away. BUT Must not be very durable, or made poorly. I bought this for my little one, and she gets very frustrated and stops quickly, because of the BT(BluTooth) button that keeps activating randomly. Sometimes she accidentally loses her balance, and steps on it. Sometimes she gets to close to it while tapping her foot on the front-right button. Sometimes the button activates while she has both feet firmly placed in the center(game hasn't started yet). This would be okay... But when pressing the Blutooth button, it pretty much halts the entire game. We have to turn the pad off, then back on, so that it quits searching for BluTooth connections, because you cannot play on this anymore once it starts searching.

It switches to Spanish and it seems like maybe the wires are touching inside the mat; sometimes while stepping in a lit place it thinks the other square nearby was hit. Then it either counts your step wrong or starts you all the way over. Its only lasted a couple minutes working as it should before either of these things happen.
