This is an awesome kennel, pretty similar alternative to a Ruffland at a lower price point and without the annoyance of finding and working with a dealer to buy. I got the intermediate size of this- it’s much wider than my large Ruffland, though a couple inches shorter in length. Everything about it is solid and comparable. My only issue is the door latches- they take a significant amount of hand strength to open and close and the door is a bit difficult to shut properly. I have tiny baby hands though, and have had some hand injuries, so folks with bigger stronger hands shouldn’t struggle as much as I do. The Ruffland is a lot easier to open and close, and the door is sturdier in terms of latch. All in all I’m really pleased with this crate. It’s very well made, great design with the handles, and a better value for the price given the intermediate is that much larger than the Ruffland LARGE. I’m impressed. It’s a little lighter too, easier to carry and load into the car. It seems pretty on par in terms of safety, though I’d love to see them do some of the testing on it eventually. But I feel good using this as a car crate. It’s attractive, sturdy, and not as dark inside as my Ruffland. My girl is happy jumping into it in the back of the car without hesitation! Oh and the standard color selection is nice, much larger than Rufflands two standard colors. I like the orange, it’s very attractive in my car. Bring on some girly colors though- with a dog named Magenta, I want a pink kennel once the color selection expands. I’ll buy more of these for sure. ... show more

This product is not military grade, rough and sturdy. My puppy scratched the front inside up in less than 10 minutes. Definitely not worth the money. And the seller offered me a 10% discount to keep the item, I declined as I needed to be a crate that would be safe for my puppy. The seller sent me a label and never informed me of a restocking fee and a $200 one at that!!!! Insane. Seller is not willing to work with me. ... show more

Worth the money and then some. So much more spacious than the ruffland and it’s just as sturdy. Only thing I would like is a stronger spring for the door but it still works awesome

My husband spent $400 on this kennel, and our dog was still able to chew and bend the front enough to squeeze through. This crate is definitely not as “tough” or “heavy-duty” as advertised. If you have a dog that’s strong or tends to try escaping, save yourself the money and buy something better. I should’ve spent the extra money on a sturdier brand. We also reached out to the warranty company, and they showed zero empathy or willingness to help. Extremely disappointing experience all around. This crate is not worth the money — do better and stop taking advantage of people trusting your product quality. ... show more

I love this kennel! I bought it for a cross country relocation and have driven my 60lb dog in it around town in training for the long drive. She fits comfortably in it with three body points touching the sides at all times and she can stand, lay down, and sit in it. The kennel itself fits in the back of my 2022 Honda CRV with the seat down if I want the kennel door facing the trunk or the driver’s seat and it will fit it in the trunk with the seats up if it’s turned around. It has some weight to it, but it is easy to carry. I did have some concerns about the door as other reviews mentioned, but so far I have not had any issues it. If I have any issues with it on the drive, I will update but my girl seems to love it so far and I love that’s she contained in a kennel while driving. ... show more

Save your money and get a better one. This was expensive and I expected more. Price isn't everything. The plastic is thin and the door is capable of opening on both sides but the fasteners are of poor material and do not fasten well.
