I am really enjoying taking this product. I’ve been taking for a few weeks but have noticed a change in energy level and overall mood. It does not have a bad taste and is easy to swallow. I am mainly taking for the vitamin d but love the fact that there is vitamin A, K and E as well.

I always choose Vit D with Vit K added. It can be either Mk4 or 7 and this includes both. I didn't know what Phytonadione was so I looked it up online. It's a synthetic form of vitamin K. I take 5000 IU D3 every day with Vit K..I figured the extra Vit A and E couldn't hurt. Doesn't have any filler or unwanted ingredients for me. It is a dry power capsule. I have used capsules before but I am not super sure how bio available they are. I once read Vit D is best absorbed when consumed with oil like fish, etc. I do not know if that is still the recommendation or not. I haven't had my levels checked but considering our bodies typically produce up to 10,000 iu a day from sunlight, I figure supplementing half that should be fine. This is not medical advice, obviously, and you do what is best for you.

Seem to be a legit supplement. Hard to tell without actually testing, but at face value, a great deal. No weird or off putting smell like some vitamins (especially old) have. Small, easy to swallow capsules that meet the RDA for the named vitamins. Label states they are GMO free, and manufactured to GMP standards. I would have no problem buying these again.

Vitamins sometimes upset my stomach or leave me feeling queasy but these have a mild smell and taste, easy to swallow, and it was great to take a compound vitamin. I have low vitamin D and must take a daily dose and these were great for bone health. Overall, this combo was great for maximum health benefits!

Easy to swallow capsules. The area i live in is very dry, and at my age I bruise easily, so my doctor advised me to try this type of regiment. My skin does feel a little more oily. This brand i bought because I was trying something new and the price was a factor. Seems to be working.

I like that this product solely focuses on fat soluble vitamins at dosages that make sense for the general population. Don't have to worry about overdoing with these.

Vitamins D+A+K+E Supplement by Peak Performance in 1 Capsule (30 Capsules at one per day = One month supply) Expiration Date August 2026. Arrived October 2024. Safety Seal The seal around the cap was extremely strong. The Quality The Peak Performance company began in 1997. They have a good website. They say their products are Made in the USA in a GMP facility and 3rd Party Tested. The Vitamin E is actually Natural This is important. DL-Alpha Tocopherol Vitamin E is synthetic and does nothing for the human body. D-Alpha is really natural. If you only buy vitamins from a company that never uses DL-Alpha Vitamin E, you will know you are getting good stuff. The Vitamin A in This is Not Natural, so These May Be Vegan (as in nothing from animals), but are NOT 100% Natural… "Vitamin A palmitate, also known as retinyl palmitate, is a synthetic derivative of vitamin A that's made by combining vitamin A with palmitic acid." Beta Carotene CAN can be made from fruits and vegetables, or microalgae. It can also be made synthetically, so get it or multi-vitamins from a company that makes it truly Vegan. Do These Help? Yes they do… I’ve been taking at least 5,000 IU of Vitamin D a day for years, and I swear I’m always a little tan in the middle of winter. These are also good for the immune system, a better mood, and for calcium assimilation.
