I absolutely could swim in this. It's obviously meant to be a wrap with room but the shoulders were broad too. I ordered an xs and it fit like a L or XL. Crazy cheap at $19 but not useable (unless your size large and this might be an awesome coat for u!)

Size down! This jacket fits really large. Sent my normal size Small back and ordered an XS- even the XS is still pretty oversized and has plenty of room for sweaters and layers underneath. Debating if it still looks too large and sloppy. Not sure if I'll keep. It's also a little itchy so maybe not a good choice if you have sensitive skin. The overall look is pretty- love the two tone. I love this coat and it looks really nice but it is way too big. I am 5'7" and 125 LBs. and I ordered a small and it is ENORMOUS on me to the point it looks ridiculous.
