We bought this for our garage where I spend a lot of my time working on stuff. Have yet to do anything. Just had it installed today. Seems to be working well. Be sure to unpack everything as I received my box before construction began and now I see it's damaged and past time to return. Returning it would be a big pain because it's big, heavy and arrives attached to a pallet.
