the assembly process took some intuitive effort. The e bike is a sweet little bike. Its not so much a struggle on hills. my regular bike started having pedal crank and gear issues making going up hills even that much more difficult. I like the feature that I can adjust the top speed limit on the full power mode. like one low like 5 mph click a button and it goes up to 10 mph then like 16mph, 20 mph. though in city driving 10 mph is a nice safe speed like a good brisk pace on a bike. when pedal assist. when one pedals one can feel the thrush of the assist. depending on what setting your speed limiter is set. which is nice on hills. cause well on full power mode for a sustain incline can put a huge work load and best to use pedal assist. though on a small hill. on full power mode one can zoom up that hill easily. but maybe not so and say a long stead incline of half a mile or more. over all I am pleased and totally enjoy my e bike. though all e bike riders should be aware and follow traffic rules, stop at stop signs, lights, signal a turn with hand signal. do not speed over 10 mph in busy traffic. stay on the furthest right nearest sidewalk or bike paths. regulations vary.

Got this bike for hubby and he loves it! Took 1 star off because there seems to be a problem with the dual motor. The bike always runs with both motors on. The Seller sent another switch but still both motors always run. Hubby decided to just keep the bike instead of the hassle trying to return it. In fact, we bought a 2nd bike for our son. Problem with both motors always running is the front wheel will burn out on take off. The bike has a lot of power. One other thing, it was missing the saddle bags and seller sent it out right away. We are new to riding ebikes. Hubby is 65 yrs old and we are having a good time with riding. We saw kids in the neighborhood riding the very expensive ebikes and hubby wanted one. I was worried that he wouldn't ride much and suggested we buy a cheaper bike to see if he'll stick with it THEN he can buy the more expensive bike later. Our youngest son (age 22) said we should all get bikes and ride together. That's what we did. I bought a less powerful bike for myself, which I love too. Hubby and I are enjoying our rides and our son will ride along if he has a day off work but loves riding the trails after work.

Have put over 100 miles on it and it has done great. Bag that came with it ripped and just tossed in trash. Have no complaints about bike at all. Good bang for the buck.

I live at the top of a very long, steep grade. Everywhere I want to ride to is at the bottom of that hill. I've had 500W and 750W bikes, but never rode them because I could not get back up that hill at the end of the ride. With dual 1000W motors, I have no problem getting home now! My only complaint is the gear ratio. I purchased this 21-speed bike hoping it would be geared higher than my other 7-speed electric bikes, but the extra gearing is all in the lower range. This is probably great for riding without the motor assist, but even in the highest gear, the bike is going faster than I can pedal at about 20mph.

Like the bike thus far (battery and speed both great) but 2 issues to share. The headlight is not working (whether light is turned on or not in controller) and the kickstand was broken completely in half. I have reached out to customer service but haven’t heard anything back yet for over a week.

This bike was packaged very well but missing the handle bar phone holder which they sent within a week, once notified. Bike is easy to put together but the manual could use some refining. The build of the bike looks good. Out of the box easy 35mph. Torque= took me up a 25ft high 42° grass slope with both motors no problem I weigh 240#. Head light could be a little brighter but not bad, brake/ tail light is nice and bright. Included cable lock is nice, included saddle bags are great. They can hold a lot. Zippers are a little sticky though. Hydraulic brakes can lock up the wheels so be careful with the front one. I mainly run only rear motor until big hills then add rear motor. Fenders are so so but better than none. So the controller allows you to change several parameters and I am still working thru those. Top speed, PAS levels, when PAS kicks in and so on. This bike is tall so if you are less than 5ft 7in it is not for you even with the seat all the way down. Do I like my purchase? Yes I do. What would I like improved: better directions on the controller settings. Is it worth the money? Time will tell but that is a YES for now. This bike will easily handle off road trails with no issues. It even comes with an air pump and wrenches. Remember this is NOT a short bike and weighs 81lbs. Loaded. So make sure your rack (if you use one) can handle that. Two motors 1000w each that is a lot of power. Know your state laws on ebikes. Shipping took only 10 days and was free, most other cheaper bikes charge $200 + for shipping. For the money verses the features you get, this is a winner. 4"x26" tires, 52v, 23Ah battery, twin motors, high torque, dual hydraulic brakes, 21 speed gears! (Most have 7. )Fenders, headlight, horn, brake light, rack, saddle bags, cable bike lock, phone holder, air pump, bicycle wrench kit. Programmable controller. The only thing to make this a better deal would be a cover and tire repair kit. Other than that, it has it all out of the box. Compare others and what features you get for the money. I am sorry to say that this bike wont fit everyones needs especially those that only plan to ride on sidewalks or streets only. For that get a less powerful and smaller bike. But if you like adventure then seriously look at this bike. But remember the height restriction, I dont want you to wait on a bike that wont fit you. They do make a Da08 step thru frame one motor bike. Fyi.... Good luck there are 1000 choices out there but this was the correct one for my wife and I.
