We love the bikes! Purchase two bikes! Very nice and they look so good! We do want our handlebars higher, so we order the handlebar riser. We received the bike on a friday, assembled and was ready to ride, but we had a tiny issue with one of the bikes,the throttle would not work, it was showing BR on the display,as if the brake was on. We were able to figure out if you Unplug the brake wire by the handlebar brake, the throttle would work. We watched alot of videos of people unpacking the Cycrown Cycverve and some came with fenders and a back bracket and some did not. Ours did not come with the fenders are back rack. The picture does not have it showing, but some reviews said they were on the bike. My guess is that it was a promotional thing. No big deal, just order the fenders and back rack if you want them on. The most important thing, I must said the email custom service is Amazing! Rachel was on her game on the emails and responding back on point! Days did not go by before hearing back. She took care of our problem and made everything right! I'm still amazed at the custom service we received. Thanks again, Cycrown ... show more

This is one of the most satisfying buys I have ever made through Amazon. Quick delivery, easy assembly, and overall great performance, this bike has been a lot of fun. It is a little heavier than I anticipated but I enjoy riding it and the battery life is great too.

    • Throttle doesn't work, heads up you may have to rewire since they wont ship a bike that functions

Throttle does not work. Customer service is sending a new wire that they want me to install, we'll see if it works. It's been over a week and haven't been able to use the bike yet. It's a simple idea that quality control would verify the bike works as it is intended to before shipping to the customer, and having the customer repair the bike for the company. Not what I thought I was buying. Would be nice if they shipped me a free rear rack and fenders for the inconvenience. ... show more
