Receiving: The bike came ~70% assembled and all the needed tools came with it. I did order the chain lock and helmet and it did not come with the bike, but after I contacted them, they sent it immediately. Took me about an hour to assemble it completely. The battery came fully charged. For most of the assembly I didn't even have to read the instructions, it was simple and obvious where to put the parts that they don’t even fit if you put them wrong on purpose. Riding: It feels nice and safe riding this bike at 20 mph, once you ride it a couple of times it feels slow and you want to go faster than that, but unfortunately, there is no way to increase the limit speed. It brakes smoothly but quickly if needed. I'm 5'6", and it is just perfect for me. It is fine on the street as well as on the grass. The seat is very comfortable, a bit long if I can tune it just for me, I would reduce it around 3" or so, it is just my preference nothing wrong as is. Battery: It works fine for my daily trips to work (~9 miles round trip mostly flat not up and down hills), but after the daily ride I need to recharge the battery since it shows 1 line of battery life. I think it won’t last more than 13 miles at 20 mph, which I think is the only thing I would like to improve for this bike, I am considering installing a second battery for longer trips. Conclusion: I recommend it 100%, just be aware of the max speed is set to 20 mph, I couldn’t find a way to increase it without replacing any parts. I have read a lot of comments about the battery life not being good, I think it is ok for the price we pay, if a longer lasting battery is needed the best choice is to replace it with a better one. My 15 year old son has been wants for an electric bike for summer, fun we found this one from Cycrown and since it already had great reviews and reasonable price, we decided to take a chance. He put it together himself with the provided tools. Assembly was really easy, He's been riding with his neighbor friend. The bike has great range and the removable battery makes it so easy to charge. I was a little skeptical about the seat shape, but my son says it is really comfortable. He's been going over some really rough trails and the bike handles it all with no problems. Got this only last June 10,2024..heavy but easy to use..but the battery DRAIN SO FAST,i mentioned this right away to Amazon n seller,instead of helping out,they just lectured me on how to use d battery.. Its only 3months since i purchased this e-bike and d battery drains so fast for only less than 13 miles of use,i look forward to purchase the replacement battery but its too expensive.. for the rear brake is also questionable,thats why its need to be check every time before riding on it..the performance is good but the battery have very poor quality.. ... show more

I had an issue with the front fork and also the pedal having come off and they would warranty the item. They basically said it was over the mileage and I didn’t have long to be honest. For what I paid and what I also spent on shipping, I would not recommend to buy based on after sales support

This bike is perfect for the price, only down side is if your short you will have a hard time reaching the ground. The seat is extremely cushioned and comfortable, the battery lasts a good amount of time and it’s very sturdy. The tires are great for all terrains.

This is the second ebike I've ever had and it's definitely a step up from the first one I had. The first one I had was a small tiny little e-bike that was almost a scooter with a seat. But I wanted something a little bit bigger safer and faster. And this bike delivers on all of that. I feel comfortable riding it on busy streets. I love the speed and functionality of it. It allows me to get more places because I don't drive. So it's really helping me to be more independent and get more things done. They did a great job with the suspension and the comfortability of the ride. It is a heavy bike which does make me feel sturdy and safe but being a small female it is harder to pick up but that's not a negative because there's really no need to pick it up too often. The company has been amazing as I have messaged them a few times and they always get back to me and are very friendly professional and courteous. I definitely recommend this bike ... show more

As advertised or better! Meets all specs (charge capacity, speed, range, size, durability, easy if assembly, …). What my teenage daughter loves about it is the boss look to it. Looks like a cool motorcycle (classic Harley-esque). She’s soo proud cruising the neighborhood and nearby stores. Love it!
