I’m 5’3, it’s an easily-built bike and easy to ride. Definitely need side mirrors if you’re going to ride in the street. The battery dies really quick; not sure if I got a faulty one or not. I charged it for 8 hours and it died after 10 mins of riding in Jersey city, and it’s really heavy to peddle manually. I wanted a bike to ride to work (25-30 mins) and if I can’t rely on the charge… I’ll reach out to the company and see how they handle it. ... show more

    • Some build quality issues
First off, I recognize that I bought a "inexpensive" e-bike and don't expect the quality that would come with a better regarded brand. Things like the marginal battery, squeaky frame, not handling hills, etc. I accept as getting what you pay for. However, the hex bolt that attaches the peddle arm repeatedly unscrewing itself causing the peddle to slip only minutes into a ride no matter how tight I make it, even trying locktite, is a real problem. Currently the bike is unusable until I figure out how to stop it from happening. ... show more
