I bought this bike to use to for transportation to and from work. Wasn’t really sure what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised. The package came wrapped up very safe and secure to protect from damage in shipping. Assembly was really easy only to five maybe 10 minutes tops. I am able to get back and forth from work and still have plenty of battery left. Charging has been super easy. Meets all my needs and wants (charge capacity, speed, range, size, durability, easy assembly,) I love the way it looks as well, it has good traction and rides smooth. Brakes have been working perfectly. Everyone I show and has let test drive has loved it, it’s really fun to drive!! This bike is a steal for the price. Came 80% assembled, took maybe an hour to assemble the remainder (CYCROWN has a tutorial for assembly on YouTube if you're not great with instruction manuals) Would recommend having someone assist you if you don't have a bike lift. It has a sleek design, seat is extremely comfortable. I can't speak for the battery life as I haven't taken it on any major trips, but I think it's a perfect commuter for around town. They do sell extra batteries on their website for all their models. I usually ride around on level 1, but have tested it up on the highest level (5) and this suckered is fast. 1 is a perfect cruising speed for me though. I will say even though it's recommended for 5'4-6'4 riders, I'm 5 foot even and I do have to hop up on the bike lol. It was an issue for maybe 15 seconds max until I realized I can just give it a bit of throttle and hop on. So even under the height recommendation, it's manageable. This is probably the cheapest moped style ebike on the market right now, but it certainly doesn't lack in appearance or performance. This bike is perfect for the price, only down side is if your short you will have a hard time reaching the ground. The seat is extremely cushioned and comfortable, the battery lasts a good amount of time and it’s very sturdy. The tires are great for all terrains.

We got this for my 17 year old about 3 months ago to ride around town and she loves it! It looks great, is easy to use and has good battery life. As parents we love that it’s sturdy and has a headlight along with reflectors on both tires and behind the seat. It was bigger than I expected but the bigger size helps with visibility. It’s definitely better fit for adults and older teens. It wasn’t hard to assemble but a video would have been helpful since I’m a novice and accidentally put the handlebars on backward 😆. I also didn’t realize I needed to put the tire on before pumping it up the rest of the way and had problems because of that. Support was really quick and helpful in navigating the problem and everything has worked great since. They said they will be adding a video in the future. ... show more

The bike is awesome and works good. Smooth riding with it and it definitely can take a lot. I mean like going through grass with it or even few piles of rock. Still be careful because you wanna make sure it's well token care of... I would definitely recommend it. But people who are 5'3 or lower, I would recommend to either not do this one or just be careful. Even for me at this exact height it's heavy and my toes barely touch the ground. I named my Goliath and it leaves up to the title lol. I'm small for it but still try to ride it. The light works good, you can see the road in front of you when riding it. Even though I'm small for it, I still love my bike. Noise level on it is good, I don't hear a thing and is very easily to learn to use it. ... show more

My adult son is autistic and doesn't drive. This opened up a world of freedom for him. The battery is solid with a good charge and run time. The bike handles well. Comes equipped with safety lights. The seat is one of the best parts as it is super squishy and it is just long enough that I can give my friends rides. The suspension also makes it a very smooth ride. Since it goes 20 miles per hour I like to jump dirt hills.
