I've only had it one day so if it breaks down within the first month I will update my review. I put it together with the help of my dad in about an hour. I am 5 foot 8 inches and I would say I'm about the minimum size and height you should be to handle this thing, so it's not for smaller children for sure. It is so much fun to ride. A friendly police officer let me know that it's fine to ride on the road as long as you obey the stop signs and use your signals and please wear a helmet :) ... show more

Good bike, easy to go together. The tools are not great, I got two of the same tool instead of the in-between size I needed. A screw was missing for handle bars that was fortunately in the box garbage under the bike so I was able to dump the box and got lucky. The instructions are incomplete, they stop before the assembly is finished, kick stand and head light. The size is misleading, I am 5'10 and I can stand over it flat footed but from appearances, it seems smaller with the smaller wheel size. I got this for my son, 12yo and just about 5'. He has to do a jumping start due to height of seat. The controls are straight forward and well made. Battery insertion takes a second to figure out because it is slightly different than my other e-bikes. The bike is very stable to ride and with the dual battery, it is a great value for anyone that has kids that always forget to charge their electric products. The seat is a nice banana style with soft but not very giving cushion. The take off on the bike eases in over some bikes with a quick torque jerk when you start. It is a good bike and hoping for long term quality. The box has a statement on it that says keep box for returns, that makes me a little nervous and I don't think anyone is storing this giant box. ... show more

I've had this bike for a month and like the details put into this bike. With the center position dual batteries it hugs the pavement and dirt roads. It has a soft start which encourages the rider to PAS to get it up to higher speeds quickly. I gets up to 28mph and can stay at this speed on flat to moderate rolling roads. I use the pedals to maximize its range and with PAS got 46 miles with the dual 13ah batteries at voltage of 44.2 or about 30% battery left. Its a good bike with a good distance range. The frame and suspension works well but recommend loosening the rear shock adjuster ring if you weigh less than 180lbs. Rear brake light and turn signals are great, also alot of ebikes to not give a voltage reading on the screen but this one does. Way better than a battery charge % gauge. BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT BUY I purchased this bike 6 months ago and since then I've had to replace the shocks, breaks, tires, and most recently the motor clutch gear completely failed and the plastic gears completely stripped out, the controller also burned out - which can't be ordered / is out of stock. The company does not respond to support requests. I've called the support phone number and they tell you to email them but then they don't respond to emails. Absolute worst purchase I have every made on Amazon. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money and buy something else. Do not purchase this e-bike - you will regret it. ... show more
