Was very easy to assemble accept figuring out 1) how the handlebar position/cable routing goes and 2) how to attach the 2 unexpected small plastic fenders. This bike has a nice design. It’s sleek and looks more expensive than it is. My 13 year old son purchased this bike and is very pleased. He’s only taken it out on a ride once ( we are in MN) but he thought it rode good and likes the way it looks. Seat is uncomfortable- but we will be getting a new one. Bike was pretty easy to build and put together. No missing parts. Size seems maybe a tad small but perfect for what we need- this will be a bike my son will be able to grow into and ride into his teenage years. ... show more

I bought my son this Cybix 21speed, 27.5IN Mountain bike from Amazon on August 19th, 2025. It arrived on August 29th, so my son has had it for less than a month. Unfortunately, under normal use, only around his college campus, the left crank arm has failed where it connects to the crankshaft, rendering the bike useless. We are not sure if the crankshaft needs to be replaced as well. As this part of the bike was pre-assembled, and we did not touch it when we did the final assembly post shipping. There were no assembly instructions included, so there was no indication that any adjustment was required to this part of the bike once we got it. ... show more
