Top Amazon Reviews

  • Great value, and solid parts
You can find a variety of reviews regarding certain CyberPowerPC units containing "bottom of the barrel" components. I typically build my rigs for this reason and avoid pre-builts. Given the great pricing on this particular unit for the components included, I decided to take a shot. Building it on my own with the same type of components that mine came with would have cost about $300 - $400 more. I am genuinely surprised at the solid quality of the equipment in this rig. Overall, this is an "A" for it's value combined with its power as a very good mid-to-upper level rig at a great price. Your build may come with different motherboards, memory brands, etc... so here is a list of specifically what mine included if it is of help to anyone else: - RAM: XPG Z1 DDR4 3000MHz (PC4 24000) 16GB (2x8GB) - SSD: WD Blue SN550 1 TB - Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B550M-A (WI-FI) - Video Card: ASUS Dual RX 5700 XT 8GB EVO - Power Supply: EVGA 600 GD, 80+ GOLD 600W - Water Cooler: Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML120R RGB - set up in a push/pull dual fan configuration - Fans: Five 120mm LED fans (excluding the power supply). Two on the radiator, and three in the front. The back fan on the radiator has a different LED setup for its blades for a nice visual touch through the rear grill. - Case notes: The case has additional room for another 120mm fan in the bottom, and a single 140mm fan up top The actual system was almost completely up to date with regards to Windows patches, drivers, and BIOS. I had approximately 6 windows updates to download and didn't have to touch drivers or BIOS which is the first time that has happened with any system I've owned. After an hour of max-detail gaming in Call of Duty: Cold War, the system handled it without incident and was quiet the entire time. The system was packaged perfectly, and I had no loose connections anywhere. It posted and loaded exactly as expected. The main improvements I would suggest are these: - The cable management in "the basement" with the power supply is pretty messy. - The ASUS Dual RX 5700 XT video card that mine came with is the model that includes only two fans. It works great, and is a good value, but I would have preferred a 3-fan model. - An additional 140mm exhaust fan up top would be nice, but I get that they are trying to keep the price low, and this is a trivial addition anyone could make on their own. - The full size case seems almost overkill. There is SO MUCH spare space in here. - I am a fanboy of 140mm fans and 280mm radiators. Those would have been nice to see, but the 120s are not loud at all. - LED RAM and more LED integration on the motherboard that was used would have been nice given how sexy the rest of the setup is. ... show more

  • REAL Gamers read plz, nice unit.
I am a huge WoW player since vanilla. I play now in 4k with 55inches of ultimate gamer satisfaction,on ultra with frames around 200-300 depending on gaming situations. I have seen it spike to 400+ frames in ICC. The only upgrade I have done was installed 32 gigs of XPG RGB RAM @3000 mhz. This CPU as well as GPU runs hot around 80c so I would highly recommend no overclocking. Cable management as well as case air flow is excellent although I plan on adding another exhaust fan on the top for more pull. I used to play with infinity 3 monitors on my last Ibuypower but this simply blows it away being 4k. Ultra clean and smooth display with no issues now for 3 months. Best $$ I have ever spent on pc gaming. I did buy this pc before all pc components became overpriced paying 1300$ I have tried to build one with these specs but this was much cheaper way to go. Cyberpower knocked this out of the park. The only dislike I had was the GPU I thought I was getting the RX 5700 XT, and it did come with an Asus RX5700XT but it was the EVO. Two fans for cooling as the RX5700XT comes with three. This could be the reason the junction temps go so high. Personal preference I would have liked to know that at the time of purchase. Hope you enjoy! UPDATE: I added another fan to vent air out of the top of the case, as well as tweaking with the fan curve in the Radeon software. Now my GPU temps in game on ultra settings run around a cool 55c and the CPU around 50c. I have seen a lot of people giving this tower a 1-3 star rate but I do think most of them are common issues that can be fixed and always looked for when buying a new pc. During shipping things like cables to tend to come loose so always check everything before powering up, including RAM seated properly as well as the GPU. As for the guy saying he had no GPU. When you open this out of the box you HAVE to take the side panel off to remove the packing foams. How did you not notice there was no graphics card lol I feel like someone wants to double up!! Anyhow I love the tower and have been using it for a few months with overclocked GPU slightly as well as CPU and RAM. I would recommend this for anyone wanting to get the most bang for your buck! ... show more

  • Absolute unit for the price
Excellent computer with a pleasing aesthetic look. The Ryzen 3800x definitely lives up to my expectations, along with the rx5700XT. Gaming on 1080p is easy as pie, clocking in 144 frames consistently. Daily use is also very easy, with all systems and processes running smoothly and without issue. The only problem I had when I first received the computer was that Windows 10 was not activated. Slightly annoying, but was easily resolved by reaching out to tech support from CyberPower. Overall 10/10 ... show more

  • Great value for money
I needed to buy a quality PC because my old "gaming rig" bit the dust at Thanksgiving. Normally I build my own PC's for both professional and personal use, but I knew I simply would not have enough time in 2020 so I bought this from Cyberpower. I figured I could soup up a machine made with gamers in mind. I didn't know much about the company but since they were U.S. based I figured at least I would be able to get decent tech support in the rare event it was needed. Trying to handle returns with China is a nightmare. When the unit arrived, I was initially taken aback; it didn't seem to have mounting points for extra HDD's and I hadn't planned to partition the only SSD drive I'd ordered with it. At first I thought I'd been suckered, but as I checked the case out I realized that the drive mounts were all beautifully hidden in the case and I could add close to 8 if I so desired! I guess I'd been re-using cases so long that I hadn't kept abreast of new designs. The motherboard itself is fine and handles my dual-boot requirements (Ubuntu primary, Win 10 for games) with fewer hiccups than I'd encountered recently. No problems with the 1Tb SSD and the noise level is quite good. ... show more
