This product is super flimsy and cheap for a safe and the plastic battery cover was the most brittle plastic I have ever felt in my life and crumbled upon opening. Maybe they will ship me a new battery cover, but so far I cannot get a hold of them so this review stands. I will update if they reach out to me, which seems unlikely so far. No support whatsoever. Will return if I don't hear back from them. Edit: I updated my stars from a 2 to a 4. This seller reached out to me due to my bad review and offered a full refund. I indicated I would be happy if they just sent me a new battery cover, so they sent me two, each with different graphics on them. While this is good customer support, it was only offered after my bad review and initially it did not appear I could file any sort of claim through Amazon and my only option was to return. I wish I could leave 3.5 stars because this is how I honestly feel. 4 is too generous, but 3 is not generous enough.

I was excited to receive my SEKAM Steel Small Money Safe Box for Home Office with Fireproof Money Bag for Cash, Personal Safe with Pass Code and Key Lock, Mini Safe Lock Box for Cash Jewelry Storage, Digital Security Safe Silver. However, it wasn't exactly what I expected. It is indeed smaller than what I thought it would be! Sure, I can lock up one or maybe two of my guns, a couple of clips, and some ammo, but that's about it. I was hoping it would be somewhat bigger than it is, so I could store more valuable items. The passcode and key lock feature is great, and the fireproof money bag for cash is definitely a plus, but the small size is somewhat disappointing. I'd still say it's a decent safe for basic storage needs, but if you're looking for something bigger, this might not be the one for you. Overall, it's a good safe for small items that you want to keep secure and readily available, but don't expect to store a lot of things in it.
