I read some of the reviews after my purchase and was expecting a pile of slow, garbage to show up but I was pleasantly surprised. It's fast and I haven't had any problems at all while video and music editing. It's worked extremely well. I haven't used it for games and don't expect to, so I can't say how great it works for that. Within 3 HOURS of setting up this PC, the monitor completely fell over and the screen cracked. The monitor stand seemed to be faulty and not balanced correctly. The screen is much too heavy to be supported by such a poorly made stand. The keyboard is trash. Keys were falling off the minute I took it out of the box. Also very deceiving advertisement. Barely any lights at all. Not to mention that the PC itself isn't even wifi capable. Truly regret this purchase. Let this be a warning to everyone! Don't make the same mistake I did! ... show more

I’ve had this computer for literally just a day and half, there was a short in the monitor so I bought a new one, now the CPU/console will not turn on.. it just keeps resetting, on and off, on and off.. I called Amazon and they tell me that this is A KNOWN PROBLEM! Then why is it still listed?!

I'm a college student who was looking for a nice, affordable, well-running, pc. My cousin directed me to these guys, and after seeing my cousin's set up and the price, I bought my own; it even arrived early. That's where the pleasantries end. I set everything up and found that the pc exterior felt like sand paper which would not bode well for my desk, but I decided to put up with it; it wasn't the biggest problem I would run into. No, that honor went to the monitor. I booted everything up, and there it was, a monitor screen that looked to be bleeding pixels as it turned on. This was unacceptable, so I immediately went to Amazon to get a replacement monitor (I got the 24 inch). Bad news, I can't do that. The only option is to return everything and wait up to 30 days for a refund. Guess I'll spin the wheel again when that happens, or just buy from someone that actually checks what they send out to their customers. ... show more
